The National Centre for Food Technology and Safety (CNTA) is a private non-profit association. It is a technology centre that aims to be a national benchmark and to contribute to improving the competitiveness and quality of the food sector.

It carries out two types of activity:

- Knowledge acquisition
- Technology transfer through R&D projects, Technological services & Training

CNTA's vocation is to:
