VAPOUR-COMPRESSION SYSTEM
EP25382464
Researches from the Universitat Jaume I have developed a new technology that improves energy consumption, performance, and reliability of vapor compression systems used for heating and/or cooling. It consists of a module that increases the efficiency of the system (EER and/or COP) while maintaining control over critical operating temperatures. Additionally, the invention reduces the risk of degradation of certain critical components and working fluids. Under extreme operating conditions, the module also helps maintain operating temperatures within the limits of standard commercial components, which in turn lowers the operating and maintenance costs of vapor compression systems.

- Allows integration of commercial components maintaining efficiency, reducing costs and avoiding operation near technical limits. - Enhances energy use and reliability, ensuring stable operation even under demanding conditions. - Minimizes wear and degradation of key parts and working fluids, extending system lifespan. - Reduces the need for repairs and downtime by maintaining optimal working conditions.
