Electronic controller based on Field Oriented Control for both an electric motorbike and electric mild-hybrid vehicle for Synchronous Permanent Magnet Machines. Specs: Rated power of 6.6 kW, and peak power at 20 kW. Low-voltage range of 36 to 60 V. Control board and power electronics integrated into unique equipment for compact and robust solutions. CAN interface communications to straightforward integration in the electrical vehicle network. Thermal design by finite element analysis. Off-line parametrisation through an easy user interface from the characteristics parameters of the electrical machine and the battery. Off-line firmware update, facilitating the upgrade of its functionalities. Real time monitoring of the powertrain status, alarms and control variables.
