The present invention pertains to the field of detection of cracks in stamped parts or other technique using the backlight by using electroluminescent lamps. The proposed system aims to detect broken pieces using computer vision techniques capable of detecting the passage of light through breaks through lighting with electroluminescent sheets. These films have a number of advantages over other types of lighting. One advantage is its ability to adapt to the shape of any type of recessed surface. Another is that illuminates total workpiece surface by passing light of this sheet only by breakage, thus, the entire part and not just some zones is controlled

The use of electroluminescent films offers important advantages compared to alternative solutions. Some of the advantages are: reduced need for space for installation due to its small thickness, flexibility, low electrical demand and homogeneous light distribution. Unlike the point light sources, the compounds forming the electroluminescent sheets are homogeneously distributed on the surface thereof, thus blades emit homogeneous light across the surface. Thanks to its high efficiency, the electroluminescent films are distinguished by low consumption. The use of electroluminescent lighting systems based on artificial vision camera obscura allows detection of cracks across the surface of the workpiece, as this would be completely illuminated, and not only in specific areas as usual in the prior art. By electroluminescent sheets can illuminate a large area with little heat production, while with current devices have to put some system to dissipate heat produced. In the drawn parts can originate two types of breakages: predictable and unpredictable. Predictable cracks are produced in the areas of greatest deformation of the material, these areas are the most commonly studied because of the difficulty of detection in whole piece. With the electroluminescent lighting system study areas predictable and unpredictable breakage would be feasible. El empleo de láminas electroluminiscentes brinda importantes ventajas en comparación con otras soluciones alternativas. Algunas de las ventajas son: la menor necesidad de espacio para el montaje debido a su pequeño espesor, la flexibilidad, la baja demanda eléctrica y la distribución homogénea de la luz. A diferencia de las fuentes luminosas puntuales, los compuestos que forman las láminas electroluminiscentes se distribuyen homogéneamente sobre la superficie de las mismas, de este modo, las láminas emiten una luz homogénea en toda la superficie. Gracias a su elevada eficiencia, las láminas electroluminiscentes se distinguen por su bajo consumo. El empleo de iluminación electroluminiscente con sistemas de visión artificial basados en cámara oscura permite la detección de roturas en toda la superficie de la pieza, ya que esta quedaría completamente iluminada, y no solo en zonas concretas como es habitual en el estado del arte. Mediante láminas electroluminiscentes se puede iluminar una superficie grande sin apenas producción de calor, mientras que con los dispositivos actuales hay que poner algúns istema para disipar el calor producido En las piezas embutidas pueden originarse dos tipos de roturas: predecibles y no predecibles. Las roturas predecibles son las que se producen en las zonas de mayor deformación del material, estas zonas son las más comúnmente estudiadas debido a la dificultad de detección en toda la pieza. Con el sistema de iluminación electroluminiscente sería factible e lestudio de las zonas de rotura predecible y no predecible.
