SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LAUNCHING STRUCTURES

The invention relates to a system for launching a structure, comprising: a first deck (4) produced and mounted by means of the successive addition of voussoirs and designed to be longitudinally moved up to stacks by means of at least one pushing system (18); and a second deck (6) placed on the upper part of the first deck, or lower deck (4), and securely connected to said lower deck (4) by means of dismountable connecting means (8). The second deck, or upper deck, is designed to be the last span of the structure and, when securely fixed to the lower deck (4), is designed to be pushed over the stacks together with the lower deck. The connection means (8) are designed to transmit the force from the lower deck to the upper deck, in such a way that the two decks work together in a joint manner, collaborating in order to resist the overall shear, flexion and torsion forces that are produced during the launching. The invention also relates to a method for launching a structure by pushing.
El sistema de lanzamiento patentado permite alcanzar luces de empuje de puentes de hasta 150 metros, sin necesidad de medios auxiliares y aprovechando la propia estructura del puente sin incrementar el coste. Para conseguirlo se propone un módulo de avance constituido por el puente propiamente dicho sobre el cual se ubica el último vano lateral del mismo. De este modo, en la zona más solicitada en el empuje se consigue una sección resistente capaz de soportar los esfuerzos en toda la fase de lanzamiento.
