The authors of the present invention have developed a nanosystem capable of protecting biological molecules from the degradation they suffer in biological fluids. But in addition, the nanosystems of the invention are capable of protecting said biological molecules also from degradation in the animal body such as pancreatic degradation, thus allowing permanence for a longer time in that place of action.
