METHOD FOR SEPARATING THE SURFACTANTS PRESENT IN THE WASHING LIQUORS OF CORN AND USES
WO14044876; CN113874090B
This invention relates to a method for separating the surfactants present in the washing liquors of corn, based on extraction with organic solvents. Furthermore, once the biosurfactants have been extracted from the corn washing liquors, the nutritional capacity of said corn washing liquors is evaluated using lactic bacteria, making sure that the nutritional capacity is maintained. Patent granted and validated in China.

Compared to other bioasurfactant extracts and current technologies, our method and extracts:
• Use secondary raw materials as a direct source of biosurfactants, corn steep liquor, contributing to the sustainability of industrial processes.
• The process to obtain the biosurfactants is simple, which reduces production costs.
• This method of biosurfactant production yields a high performance.
• Environment-friendly product: using a natural and biocompatible .
• Our methos allows to obtentain different biosurfactant extracts: BS1, BS2 and BS3.
• Market breadth: with applications from cosmetics, farmaceuticals, cleaning and hygiene products, to agrochemical.
