Método de análisis del desequilibrio de una red eléctrica trifásica formada por tres conductores activos que permite: obtener un índice que represente el nivel de tensión en los puntos de conexión de la red eléctrica, obtener un índice que represente la discrepancia entre el valor eficaz más alejado numéricamente y el valor medio aritmético de los tres valores eficaces de tensión fase-fase, obtener un índice que represente la desviación ángular entre la tensión fase-fase de un primer par de conductores activos y la tensión fase-fase de un segundo par de conductores activos, a partir de dichos tres índices clasificar el desequilibrio de la red de tensión trifásica.
