Los polipéptidos de TDP-43 oxidados desarrollados son fáciles de producir y exhiben mayor homogeneidad, estabilidad y selectividad que los péptidos de TDP-43 no modificados. Aplicación para la detección de la ELA y otros trastornos neurodegenerativos, como la DLFT, ELA-DLFT, la enfermedad de Alzheimer o la enfermedad de Parkinson. Método útil para el cribado de compuestos útiles para tratar o prevenir las proteinopatías por TDP-43.
