Sustainable Development Goal:
Applications

The method has been designed mainly for its application in matrices of different food supplements or drugs, but it can be used for the control of the total concentration of amino acids in various products in the food, agricultural field or other products that contain free amino acids or even small peptides. The developed sensor stands out among the other existing methodologies, because it allows carrying out the global determination of the global content of free amino acids in a simple, fast, versatile way, without the need to use advanced instrumentation and with very affordable costs
