Applications

Nowadays there is not a method to characterize cardiomyopathies and to determine the occurrence of AF in patients undergoing atrial ablation. Previous studies have proposed anatomical evaluations, but their success in determining the occurrence of AF is limited. For this reason, strategies to reflect AF through biomarkers have recently emerged, but there is still conflicting evidence. This technology responds to an unmet medical need.
