The present invention relates to the synthesis of inorganic materials with high specific surface area and porous structure. Furthermore, the present invention also pertains to inorganic materials with porous structure BRES-01, BRES-02, BRES-03, BRES-04, and BRES-05. Additionally, the invention concerns the use of bifunctional catalysts and their derivatives, combined with compounds with a structure-directing effect, for the aqueous synthesis of porous materials with high specific surface area, without the use of polymers. This invention also pertains to a method for purifying the prepared porous materials. The present invention also contemplates the application of the synthesized porous materials in obtaining hybrid materials with advanced properties.
