Immediate and contactless biometric identification based on unique vein patterns
This technology allows the immediate recognition of people through the vascular biometry of the wrist. It uses infrared images so that identification is made without physical contact. The images, taken with infrared LED illumination and a small USB camera, are modified to better capture the radiation.
