Applications

The main advantages of this process is that it operates with a homogeneous catalyst and that it is also, unexpectedly, effective in the presence of oxygen dissolved in the reaction medium. It can be applied as a treatment for water contaminated by nitrate for its conditioning to drinking water or treatment of industrial, agricultural water or organic matter transformation processes for the elimination of nitrates.
