BBBioprinting - 3D-bioprinting of blood brain barrier for modeling lipid nanoparticle access to brain tumors

The development of an in vitro 3D bioprinting model will provide enlarged evidence about the blood brain barrier crossability of this nanotechnology, and ellucidating how this can access glioblastoma tissue by better recapitulating the complex physiopathology and architecture of the tumor, without requiring the use of animals.
