Carbon/Hybrid/Metal Aerogel

We have developed a new class of customizable aerogel materials with highly controlled morphology, porosity, and chemical composition. The production method is scalable, energy-efficient, and based on microwave-assisted gelation and optimized thermal treatment, enabling low-cost manufacturing compared to conventional supercritical or freeze-drying processes.
These materials exhibit outstanding thermal insulation performance and high purity, making them suitable for advanced energy-efficiency applications in maritime environments, as well as for electrochemical devices where tailored pore architecture enhances catalytic and storage properties.

The developed material can be used as as an advanced functional component in electrochemical devices such as batteries, supercapacitors, and sensors, improving energy storage, catalytic performance, and detection sensitivity. a high-performance thermal insulator for energy-efficient systems in maritime, aerospace, and industrial environments. Its low density and extremely low thermal conductivity enable space-saving insulation in structures where weight and volume are critical.
Additionally, due to its controlled porosity and chemical tunability, the material can serve as a high-performance thermal insulator for energy-efficient systems in maritime, aerospace, and industrial environments. Its low density and extremely low thermal conductivity enable space-saving insulation in structures where weight and volume are critical.
