Solution that brings real-time intelligence to ceramic manufacturing by combining AI-based defect detection, a Digital Twin of the process, and human–robot cooperation for quality control. It detects surface and edge anomalies early on the production line, highlights evidence with confidence scoring, and supports immediate decisions (sorting, rework, or robot-assisted finishing) with end-to-end traceability. The outcome is more consistent quality, less scrap and rework, faster ramp-up of new designs, and a scalable pathway to deploy intelligent inspection and closed-loop process improvement in industrial ceramic production.
