GNSS Receiver based on Software Defined Radio (SDR)

A flexible and reconfigurable GNSS receiver based on Software-Defined Radio that enables advanced signal processing, resilience analysis, and rapid prototyping of next-generation PNT algorithms. The system supports multi-constellation and multi-frequency operation and is designed for research, validation, and pre-industrial development in challenging GNSS environments.

The prototype is intended for:
Robust Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) in GNSS-denied or degraded environments
Testing and validation of anti-jamming and anti-spoofing techniques
Development of resilient GNSS receivers for aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, and critical infrastructures
Rapid prototyping and technology transfer of GNSS algorithms from research to industry
Large area electroabsorption modulator

High-performance fibre optic sensor system for acoustic signals detection (5 Hz – 1 MHz)
