The Neurally platform is a project that creates technology related to Clinical Neurophysiology. Its general objective is the generation of knowledge oriented to the improvement of technologies used for the monitoring and treatment of neurophysiological signals, such as neonatal brain activity monitoring (aEEG), visual, auditory or somatosensory evoked potentials tests, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatments, polysomnography and continuous monitoring in ICU. Neurally currently offers two patented technologies (aCUP-E and EPlacement) in the process of clinical validation, which are expected to be commercially available in 2026. aCUP-E represents a significant advancement in neonatal brain monitoring, improving signal quality, comfort, and providing clinicians more accurate and useful information about the newborn's brain activity. EPlacement is a device with an advanced cephalic point localization system, which facilitates diagnosis in all neurological tests that require the placement of electrodes on the scalp

Applications

aCUP-E electrodes can be integrated into neonatal critical-care units to improve the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of continuous brain monitoring, facilitating better diagnosis and management of neurological conditions in newborns. EPlacement enhances electrode placement accuracy and efficiency in neurophysiological and neuromodulation contexts.

Both tools bridge gaps in precision, workflow, and usability within clinical and research environments related to neuro-monitoring and neurostimulation.
