Oxifing Multi-Wavelength Pulse Oximetry Ring (MW-POR)

We present a Type IIb medical device, a portable ring pulse oximeter with multiple wavelengths and stable anatomical coupling. The device features a rigid-flex printed circuit board integrating four LEDs (610-940 nm), dual photodetectors in a transmission configuration, and a three-axis accelerometer. A microcontroller with low-power Bluetooth 5.0, a temperature sensor, and adaptive acquisition firmware manage the system, improving its accuracy for patients with darker skin tones or those in motion.

For healthy individuals with active lifestyles, it is useful in hypoxia training companies; sports technology companies; aviation companies that require health safeguard systems for their pilots; and occupational safety companies that require health monitoring systems for firefighters or disaster relief personnel. For patients with respiratory conditions requiring urgent medical attention in hospitals, hospital respiratory rehabilitation, and follow-up at home.
