Applications

Problem: STROKE (CVA)

Isokinetic therapy is the gold standard for upper‑limb rehabilitation, but its high cost, complexity and the need for constant supervision limit it to single–degree‑of‑freedom machines used almost exclusively with elite athletes, leaving the vast neurological‑recovery market (e.g., post‑stroke) largely unserved.

Our Solution:

The core innovation lies in its ability to deliver full 6‑degree‑of‑freedom (6D) motion control (3D translation + 3D rotation), enabling natural, multi‑joint movements that are essential for neurological recovery. Unlike other systems, RoboKinetics adjusts assistance or resistance in real time to the patient’s movement profile and physical condition. Its “programming by demonstration” interface drastically reduces setup time and empowers clinicians.
