SIROCO: Soft Intelligent Robotic Cervical Orthosis

SIROCO is a new concept of soft intelligent cervical orthosis with embedded sensors and actuators with the purpose of being used by users in order to 1) monitor their neck movements and 2) perform in two ways: a) passive mode, where the cervical orthosis simply sustains the neck but does not perform active movements on it, and b) active mode, where the cervical orthosis actuators perform movements on the neck in order to achieve specific head positions.
