The present invention discloses a device formed by a glass vessel whose inner walls have been modified. This modification has been carried out after successive activation, silanization and amidation reactions to accommodate crystalline porous coating. This atomic sequence coating -Si-O-R-M-MOF is covalently bonded to the inner wall of the vessel in an inverted radial pattern. The vessel can be used for the extraction and preconcentration of analytes present in samples of different nature, from environmental to biological. It is also proposed to be used for dosing drugs or for coloring or flavoring beverages.
