Transformation process of polyamide membranes with spiral winding that have exhausted their useful life in membranes of industrial utility. Recycled membranes of nanofiltration or ultrafiltration are obtained with a permeability greater than that of the discarded membrane and with a rejection in divalent salts greater than 30 percent and less than 30 percent, respectively.
