Rescuing a person with multiple injuries from a water environment, particularly where spinal illjuries may be involved, is extremely complicated owing to the risk of aggravating the injury. The present invention relates to a new device which facilitates the rescue and immobilisation of a person with multiple injuries in a water environment, such as to minimise the fisk of aggravating the injuries, particularly where spinal injuries are involved. The invention comprises the following notable elements: a stretcher, a spinal board, and anchoring means between the stretcher and the spinal board, including a specific cavity designed to house an oxygen tank.

The object of the present is a new equipment that facilitates the rescue and immobilization of a multiple injured person in an aquatic environment, in a way that allows speeding up the rescue process or operation and minimizing the risks of aggravation of injuries, especially if there are injuries medullary. The present invention solves the above problems thanks to a new aquatic rescue equipment particularly designed to immobilize the victim or injured during the entire rescue, including both the transport of the person rescued in the aquatic environment to the mainland and maintaining the victim or injured without the need to move or transfer it to another element for transport in an ambulance or similar.
