These types of biomarkers could help detecting metastatic breast cancer early and non-invasively, reducing costs and influencing directly on the patients quality of life. These biomarkers would allow to adapt the treatments to the phase of the disease, avoiding unnecessary treatments and reducing the levels of toxicity or secondary effects.
