Device for training pelvic motor control during gait, by means of electrical impulses, characterized in that it comprises: a casing that incorporates means for its coupling on the pelvic area of a patient, at least one sensor housed within the housing, and suitable for detecting the inclination or swaying of the hip of a patient when walking, at least one pair of electrodes on the outside of the housing, and suitable to be fixed on the lateral and posterior area of the pelvis of a patient, a generator of electrical signals housed inside the housing and electrically connected by means of respective connection cables with the electrodes, to apply electrical stimuli on a patient, depending on the sensor measurements, and a power source to power the signal generator housed in the housing.

Se ha detectado la necesidad de un aparato que facilite a los pacientes con patologías traumáticas y neurológicas, el re-aprendizaje de un correcto control pélvico durante la marcha. El dispositivo de la invención se basa en aplicar información propioceptiva al paciente, mediante estímulos eléctricos de voltaje e intensidad moderadas, a nivel de la cintura pélvica cuando en esta se detectan inclinaciones o balanceos que exceden unos valores predefinidos, es decir, que no se encuentren dentro de unos valores normales.
