Sonochemical equipment for water decontamination

Ultrasound equipment that removes emerging contaminants through sonochemical waves, thus eliminating high organic loads, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, 4-n-nonylphenol, triclosan, benzophenones, chemical agents used as UV sunscreens, antibiotics, antiseptics, and the degradation of by-products with higher toxicity than the initial compounds, obtained from pharmaceutical waste. The system has been designed and built for the biological treatment of water, through a partial removal of emerging pollutants from *APPLICATIONS: of improved technologies, which does not necessarily involve the use of additional reagents, therefore, it does not generate unwanted by-products. It can be used in waters without the need for pretreatment, and does not generate emissions that affect the environment or health.
