The technology is made up of two main elements: i) a body or solid piece that has on its upper face a plurality of cylindrical holes of the same diameter but different depth, intended to measure the appropriate milling length for each intervention and ii) some Disposable stops that are positioned on the cutting part of the implant drills and prevent the desired drill length from being exceeded. The set of these elements manages to delimit the drilling length with great precision, regardless of the morphology of the drills, avoiding excessively deep ostectomies and therefore the risk of injuring important anatomical structures of the patient.

Sustainable Development Goal:
Applications

 Universal device. Valid for any implant drill on the market, regardless of its commercial brand.  Great reliability. The device effectively eliminates the risk of exceeding the depth of dental ostectomies, avoiding a relatively common error in bone drilling.  Biocompatibility and easy sanitization. Made of easily sterilizable materials. Furthermore, the disposable nature of the stops avoids problems associated with cleaning them.  Robustness. The material with which the body is made (steel) prevents any type of deformation, while the material of the stops (Teflon) has great resistance and flexibility, which prevents breakage.
