Freezing mold

Mold for freezing whose purpose is to facilitate the freezing of preferably food products and with a parallelepiped shape, providing means that determine a great ease in demolding after freezing, and the possibility of automation in at least part of the closing of an additional cardboard box that is placed in the mold to house the product to be frozen; for which the invention presents as an essential novelty a mold with a collapsible side. Other objectives of the product are to facilitate freezing with high hygiene conditions, elimination of maintenance operations and robustness of the mold to withstand the filling, freezing and emptying phases.
