This new therapy could reduce the dose, improving the pharmacological response, delay or avoid the formation of specific antibodies, promote the distribution of the enzyme in the target organs and use forms of administration that are more comfortable for the patient. These advantages will result in greater efficiency and better quality of life for patients.
