New material with self-healing capacity without the need for external energy resources, comprising an elastomeric adhesive matrix filled with strongly magnetized particles. When said material breaks into two or more parts, the magnetic particles interact with each other, healing said crack.

Aplicable a sensores electromecánicos y actuadores, materiales blandos autorreparables, Biomedicina, Textiles inteligentes; Robótica y electrónica blanda. - Material autorreparable autónomo. - Interacción entre las partículas magnéticas y el elastómero que permite cerrar las grietas. - Tras la autorreparación, soporta deformaciones de hasta el 20%. - Gran número de ciclos de autorreparación. - Soporta pequeñas cargas mecánicas. - Mantiene conductividad eléctrica dependiente de la deformación mecánica sufrida.
