DEVICE FOR DETECTING THE MOVEMENT AND/OR PRESSURE FORCE OF A FIRST ELEMENT WITH RESPECT TO A SECOND ELEMENT
Device for detecting long and short duration and frequency movements, for identifying velocity waveforms, acceleration and external excitation forces and for detecting the spectrum of oscillating motion energies. The invention is based on the use of triboelectric TENG energy sensors for detecting mechanical pressure movements, both fast and slow, as well as high and low frequency. The invention is also suitable for detecting waveforms of velocity, acceleration and external excitation force. It also functions as a detector of oscillating frequencies.
Existing acquisition systems have a wide operating spectrum, but they cannot detect a spectrum as wide as that of the present invention, from cHz to hundreds of Hz. In addition, the system operates without batteries, is resistant to high temperatures and humidity and is very low cost (the transducer is worth cents of a euro). Furthermore, the system can be used in a variety of applications: from slow ground motion, or the movement of objects such as buildings or vehicles, to the analysis of slow and fast frequencies.
