Development of bioplastics for use in food packaging, using polysaccharides extracted from macroalgae and calcium from limestone quarry sludge, resulting from the extraction of Molleanos stone as a cross-linking agent. This approach enables the production of a biodegradable bioplastic, while promoting the recovery of waste from the stone industry and contributing to a circular and sustainable economic model.
