PowerDIW is an advanced Direct Ink Writing (DIW) additive manufacturing platform capable of extruding high-viscosity, highly loaded materials — including ceramics, metals, composites, and functional inks — with extrusion forces up to approximately 800 N. This breakthrough enables the production of complex, high-performance parts with geometries and material properties that conventional 3D printers cannot achieve.
