The invention relates to a two-person scooter that allows children with cerebral palsy to participate in outdoor recreational and play activities, accompanied by a second user. The scooter of the invention allows the child to feel the same movements as his/her companion by means of a rotary plate on which the child is positioned, as well as allowing the child to be securely attached by means of securing straps located on the plate. The scooter comprises handlebars at two heights, both of which can be suitably adjusted to the height of the child and his/her companion. The scooter further comprises a safety brake for the rotary plate, and, in addition, the mechanism that enables the platform to move with the steered axle can be locked permanently. For ease of transport, the scooter is provided with a clamp by means of which the scooter can be divided into two parts that can be transported separately.

The ability for a child with mild cerebral palsy or other motor disability to ride a scooter accompanied by an adult.
