SYSTEM FOR THE AUTOMATIC REGULATION OF THE OUTFLOW OF THE WATER-OIL INTERFACE FROM A HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL DECANTER IN THE OLIVE OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS

The invention relates to a system for the automatic regulation of the outflow of the water-oil interface from a horizontal centrifugal decanter in the olive oil production process, said system comprising: a sensor for detecting the position of the interface, comprising an element for generating a magnetic or microwave field; a receiver element designed to receive and transform a signal generated by the generator element into an electrical signal; and a control unit, the inputs of which are the real position of the water-oil interface, and the appropriate position of said interface, and the outputs of which are a variation of the angular speed of the endless screw, a variation in the regulation of the passage of water to the decanter, a variation in the discharge of the paste, and a regulation of some outflow loops of the oil.
