The present invention is included within the production of biodegradable scaffolds, with application in bone tissue engineering in the treatment, regeneration and recovery of bone defects. Specifically, the present invention refers to a biodegradable scaffold with a porous structure with osteoinductive capacity and optimal mechanical and water absorption properties for use in bone tissue engineering, which also has antibacterial activity to combat infections at the site of the bone defect to be regenerated, including those caused by pathogens that are multiresistant to antibiotics. Said scaffold comprises a body, support or porous structure with a three-dimensional (3D) shape made of a polymeric material, and a calcium zinc alginate hydrogel, characterised in that said calcium zinc alginate hydrogel is integrated into the previous structure covering or filling the porous structure or body of polymeric material and in that the calcium zinc alginate hydrogel comprises between 4% to 7% by weight of zinc ions and 3% to 6% by weight of calcium ions.
